Marketing Manager

SUMMARY 

HugeWeb is looking for a talented Product Marketing Manager to join our team. The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating compelling and differentiated positioning, helping to define the go-to-market for our existing and future products and services. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the individual will partner and collaborate with team members across the organization to understand client needs and use cases to effectively launch new products and solutions in a rapidly evolving market. ​RESPONSIBILITIES​​​​

  • ​Based on a deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, define clear and compelling messaging and unique product positioning that will influence our sales enablement, content marketing, and demand gen strategies  

  • Orchestrate product release marketing efforts and lead the evolution of our approach as our set of offerings grows 

  • Perform strategic market analysis and market research, working in partnership with Sales, Strategy, Analytics, and Client Services to better understand current client and prospect needs and challenges 

  • Leverage intelligence about key competitors to develop recommendations on how to successfully compete against them

  • Research and provide market and buyer insights and intelligence to help inform product-market fit and product roadmap. Utilize insights to develop messaging and positioning.

  • Manage internal and external training for new and existing product lines; act as product “knowledge center” particularly as it relates to using cases and client-side benefits 

  • Create compelling collateral, including sales presentations, one-sheets, and whitepapers, highlighting the features, benefits, and varied use cases of our products and solutions to mid-market agencies and marketers

  • Collaborate with Marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure proper and current product messaging is woven through all marketing tactics (website, emails, events, webinars, and more)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communication, Business or a related field

  • 3 or more years of agency or programmatic advertising experience

  • Experience with various digital project types including project implementations, strategic consulting and initiatives, and complex digital transformations

  • Strong knowledge and experience in the digital landscape

  • Demonstrated ability to grow account revenue

  • Success at building and maintaining senior-level relationships

  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management (internally and externally)

  • Proven ability to craft a strategy and inspire others to follow it

  • Excellent public speaking and client management skills

  • Strong communication skills - the ability to command a room and tell a compelling story, persuade and negotiate

  • Ability to thrive in a constantly changing, fast-paced, highly collaborative environment

  • Demonstrates attention to detail

  • Strong knowledge of programmatic advertising and platform experience (i.e. DSP, SSP)

  • Experience with a CRM, i.e., Salesforce, Sugar

  • Familiar with Google and Microsoft applications

  • Familiar with creating presentations: Keynote, Powerpoint, Google Slides

  • Light travel may be required
