SUMMARY 

HugeWeb is seeking a seasoned and talented Client Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, providing exceptional client support with a focus on driving growth within existing accounts and making strategically sound recommendations that align with the client’s business objectives. Reporting to the Vice President of Client Services, the Client Partner will lead the day-to-day operational and communication needs for existing accounts across a wide array of different verticals, encompassing both performance and brand-building accounts. ​RESPONSIBILITIES​​​​

  • ​Serve as a trusted advisor to our clients; operate as the day-to-day lead for brand and agency partners to resolve issues, provide status and ensure peak campaign performance while maintaining excellent client service

  • Drive long-term portfolio growth by building multi-year account plans

  • Consistently identify needs that clients may not recognize and ensure that solutions are linked to objectives and demonstrable results that meet or transform the client’s business and needs

  • Continually increase knowledge of the client’s business (and industry trends) often serving as the client’s first-line consultant

  • Expand contacts with key client executives and maintain strong relationships that produce new opportunity pipelines

  • Act as an escalation point to remove barriers for the delivery team to ensure work is delivered on budget, and ensure we invoice clients according to the contracted terms in a timely and accurate manner

  • Monitor the health of digital media campaigns in collaboration with Ad Ops 

  • Actively maintain accurate detailed records within company CRM

  • Leverage data through our technology tools to inform decisions impacting campaigns

  • Collaborate effectively across departments including Sales, Strategy, Ad Ops, and Analytics 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communication, Business, or a related field

  • 3 or more years of agency or programmatic advertising experience

  • Experience with various digital project types including project implementations, strategic consulting and initiatives, and complex digital transformations

  • Strong knowledge and experience in the digital landscape

  • Demonstrated ability to grow account revenue

  • Success at building and maintaining senior-level relationships

  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management (internally and externally)

  • Proven ability to craft a strategy and inspire others to follow it

  • Excellent public speaking and client management skills

  • Strong communication skills - the ability to command a room and tell a compelling story, persuade and negotiate

  • Ability to thrive in a constantly changing, fast-paced, highly collaborative environment

  • Demonstrates attention to detail

  • Strong knowledge of programmatic advertising and platform experience (i.e. DSP, SSP)

  • Experience with a CRM, i.e., Salesforce, Sugar

  • Familiar with Google and Microsoft applications

  • Familiar with creating presentations: Keynote, Powerpoint, Google Slides

  • Light travel may be required
